Entrance gate to the Saimyoji temple in Mashiko.	The main hall was constructed in 1394 and the last renovation was done in 1701!	The laughing Emma.	Autumn leaf impressions.
You can see that the last renovation was more than 300 years ago, but this impresses even more.	A very nice area on the hills over Mashiko.	This building houses the laughing Emma. The tree in the background is more than 800 years old.	The stairs are a bit more recent though.

Traditional music played at the Sayonara party in Utsunomiya.	Short stop at the Pacific coast on our way back to Narita.	Great surf at the beach.	My LH Airbus 340-600 is almost ready for boarding.
